IMPACT Training Program Kenya

Tuition Assistance is Available.

You May Qualify.

At the IMPACT Training Program, we believe that the cost of training should not be the reason a qualified person stays stuck. That is why we have built a structured Tuition Assistance Program with three distinct pathways, each designed to reduce the financial barrier for applicants who meet specific criteria.

This is not a promise of free training. It is a transparent, structured system. Every form of assistance we offer is a direct reduction of your program fees. It holds no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside of the IMPACT Training Program.

If you qualify, your Enrollment Advisor will walk you through what you are eligible for and apply it before you complete registration.

THE THREE TIERS

Three Ways to Reduce Your Program Fees

Tier 1: The Sylvia Webster Fellowship

Our highest tier. A 100% full tuition waiver is awarded to three exceptional applicants per cohort through a competitive application and interview process. Named in honor of Sylvia Webster, a woman whose 30-year career of disciplined professional service at one of Dallas's most respected institutions exemplifies exactly the standard this program trains you to reach.

Seats available per cohort: 3

Award: 100% full tuition covered

Tier 2: Partial Tuition Waiver

A competitive fee reduction for high-potential applicants who meet strict baseline criteria. Up to 12 Partial Tuition Waivers are awarded per cohort. This tier is merit-based and requires a completed application for consideration.

Seats available per cohort: 12

Award: Ksh 7,500 reduction on fees

Tier 3: Diversity & Inclusion Credits

Automatic fee reductions for applicants who belong to one or more supported demographic categories. Unlike the Fellowship and Partial Waiver, D&I Credits are not competitive. If you qualify and your Enrollment Advisor verifies your category, the credit is applied. Categories can stack up to a maximum of Ksh 5,000.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I apply for more than one tier of tuition assistance?

A: The Fellowship and Partial Tuition Waiver are mutually exclusive. D&I Credits can be stacked across multiple qualifying categories up to the Ksh 5,000 cap, but they cannot be combined with a Fellowship or Partial Tuition Waiver.

Q: Do I need to apply for assistance before I apply to the program?

A: No. You apply to the IMPACT Training Program first. Once accepted, your Enrollment Advisor discusses tuition assistance options with you before you complete registration.

Q: Is tuition assistance a loan I have to repay?

A: No. All tuition assistance at IMPACT is a fee reduction applied directly to your registration balance. It is not a loan and does not require repayment.

Q: Naweza kupata msaada wa ada kama niko Mombasa au Kisumu?

A: Ndiyo. Mafunzo ya IMPACT ni ya mtandaoni, kwa hivyo wanafunzi kutoka sehemu zote za Kenya wanaweza kufaidika na msaada wa ada. Mahali ulipo haizuii ustahili wako.

| LEGAL DISCLAIMER
