1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

- Access to content and systems is granted immediately
- No exceptions will be made unless required by law.
7. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
You agree to:

IMPACT is not a passive content platform. It is a structured training system designed for execution.
8. CERTIFICATION POLICY
A. Certification Requirements
Certification is awarded only if you meet defined standards, which may include:
- Completion of required coursework
- Submission of assignments
- Demonstration of capability
- Passing evaluations or capstone
B. No Guarantee of Certification
Enrollment does not guarantee certification.
C. Revocation
We reserve the right to revoke certification if:
- Fraud or dishonesty is detected
- Work is misrepresented
- Standards are not met
9. NO JOB GUARANTEE
IMPACT Training Program does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Job placement
- Income
- Freelance opportunities
We may provide guidance, support, or opportunities when available, but outcomes depend on individual performance and external factors.
10. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
You acknowledge that:
- AI systems may be used to interact, evaluate, and communicate
- AI may assist in scoring applications and performance
- AI outputs are used as part of broader decision-making processes
You agree not to misuse AI tools within the program (for example, submitting AI-generated work as your own without understanding it).
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Submit false or misleading information
Harass, abuse, or disrupt others
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit systems
Share account access with others
Violation may result in termination without refund.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by IMPACT, including:
- Course materials
- Videos
- Documents
- Systems and frameworks
is owned by IMPACT Training Program and protected by copyright laws.
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Resell materials
- Use content for commercial purposes without permission
13. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By submitting content (assignments, messages, etc.), you grant IMPACT a non-exclusive right to:
- Use it for evaluation
- Improve programs
- Train internal systems
We will not publicly share identifiable content without consent.
14. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By using our services, you consent to being contacted via:
- Phone calls
- SMS
You may opt out of marketing communications, but operational messages will still be sent.
15. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to meet participation standards
- You engage in misconduct
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
