Kubadilisha kazi si hatua ya kushindwa. Ni uamuzi wa busara.
Changing careers is not a sign of failure. In 2026 it is increasingly a sign of strategic intelligence. The Kenyan job market is shifting. Industries that absorbed university graduates five years ago are contracting, automating, or restructuring. The professionals who are moving fastest are those who are not waiting for the market to stabilize. They are building new skills now, in areas where demand is growing, and entry barriers are low.

This credit is an internal tuition fee adjustment only. It holds zero cash value and cannot be redeemed as a stipend, hardware allowance, internet credit, or cash disbursement of any kind. Credit is applied after acceptance and eligibility verification.
You qualify for the Career Transitioner D&I Credit if you are actively planning to move from your current or most recent industry into a new professional field. You do not need to have already left your current role.
What We Need to Verify
Your current or most recent industry.
Years of experience in that industry.
Your primary reason for transitioning (selected from a provided list).
Virtual assistance is one of the most accessible high-skill professional transitions available to Kenyan workers in 2026. The barriers to entry are low relative to the earning potential. The skills are teachable within a structured program. And the client base for professional VA services is growing across East Africa and globally.
The IMPACT Training Program does not ask you to forget your professional history. We ask you to bring it with you. A former teacher who trains as a VA becomes exceptional at client communication and scheduling. A former accountant who trains as a VA becomes exceptional at systems and financial tracking. Your background is an asset, not a liability.
Nairobi's growing remote work ecosystem shows that demand for skilled digital workers is outpacing supply. The transition window is open. The question is whether you are building the skills to walk through it.
Fill in the form to confirm your eligibility. Your Enrollment Advisor will review your submission and contact you before your registration call. The form takes less than 3 minutes to complete.
You do not need to have been accepted into the program to submit this form. Your credit will be applied once you are accepted and your eligibility is confirmed.
